Exchange Policy
We want you to love your jewelry. If something is not right, we are happy to help with an exchange under the conditions below.
1. Exchange Period
You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Exchanges
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong item or the wrong size.
- You want a different size or design, subject to availability (ring size exchanges are welcome).
3. Conditions
- The item must be unused, unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
- Please keep the original box, pouch and tags.
- Please record a short unboxing video when you open your parcel. It helps us resolve damage or wrong-item claims quickly.
- Sale items and customized orders can only be exchanged if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
4. How to Request an Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp or email us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number, photos of the item, and the reason for the exchange.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back.
- After we receive and check the item, we will send your replacement.
5. Shipping Charges
If the exchange is due to our mistake (damaged, defective or wrong item), we cover the shipping cost. For exchanges due to size or personal choice, the customer pays the return shipping charges.
6. Refunds
We mainly offer exchanges or store credit. If the product you want is out of stock, we may offer a refund or store credit instead. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days.
7. Care for Your Jewelry
Our jewelry is anti-tarnish, but to keep its shine for longer, please keep it away from perfume, harsh chemicals and water for long periods, and store it in the pouch provided. Damage caused by misuse is not covered under exchange.
